Being A Mediator
“..Been to hell and back. I can show you vouchers. ”
It’s Weezy F baby for shizzle! <3
U know wah am sayin? 😉
Have you seen "We are the millers" ?
Nah? Go see it 🙂
Been like a lifetime away!
*whew* good to be back tho. I missed writing like damn!
Honestly, iono how some of y'all can survive without your phones. It's basically part of our lives now, so I mean, it's a necessity!
Okay, so I was talking to a friend earlier this morning and then he went all "what do I do?" On me. Lool.
So then I decided writing about it wouldn't be a bad idea.
And so, here am I. Writing about Mediators 🙂
First of all.. (..Go down low..:D)
Gawd! M razz.
Okay, to start with.. (Now this is posh-er 🙂 )
I hope y'all do understand who a mediator is and what it all entails?
According to the dictionary, A mediator is blah blah blah.
There's more to what the eye can see o.
Am not saying the dictionary meaning is wrong buh there's actually much more.
You need to understand that this is a Legal vocab too buh then what I have here now has nothing to do with the law.
I read a book one time. Can't remember the author. Coulda recommended because it's so enlightening.
Mediators are actually (In my own words) the nicest people you'll ever meet roaming this earth.
Though, they struggle most of the time in their relationships with people because they are wired to put every other first before themselves.
It's just plain reflex and absolutely natural. Because that is just the way they are. No faking being nice.
From experience 🙂 , I have realised and finally come to the conclusion that Mediators reach out a lot to people.
They give more than they take.
Like most things they do is always in other people's favour. Because they want people to accept them deep into them.
They want people to open up to them and trust them because it feels as though it's their main aim in life.
Mediators always want to help.
But in life, we have diverse people.
Some people just can't deal with the fact that you are nice. They will drive you crazy!
They take advantage and use you.
And then you start to think about your life. Wonder if actually you are normal or not.
But the truth is, there's nothing you can do about the fact that this is who you are and this is what you should always expect from some people. 🙂
I have come to accept the fact that, as a mediator,
We might not be thinkers,
Or Achievers 🙂
But then Our strength lies in our interdependence.
Our Interconnection 🙂
It's fun being able to write again 😀
Thanks for reading.
PS: Dear Darey, I hope this makes you feel better. Because You are not alone. :*
